NEW YORK STUCCO PRIMER is a water-based, 100% pure acrylic primer designed for coating existing concrete, masonry, or cement stucco prior to application of NEW YORK STUCCO Finish, an acrylic-based, textured finish. NEW YORK STUCCO Primer is roller or brush applied, pigmented and available in 48 standard colors as well as custom colors. Primer prepares the surface by coordinating the substrate color with the selected NEW YORK STUCCO Finish to be applied. It fills pinholes and imperfections in the substrate and reduces suction of the finish by cementitious substrates thereby allowing the finish to spread evenly without gaps, contraction or diminution.
