NEW YORK STUCCO Top Coat is a water-based, 100% pure acrylic coating designed for recoating existing acrylic-based textured finishes or for finishing concrete, masonry, or cement walls with an un-textured finish. It is mainly used to revitalize, refresh or restore, as well as change the color of, existing acrylic-based textured finishes. NEW YORK STUCCO Top Coat is roller or brush applied, pigmented and available in 48 standard colors as well as custom colors. Topcoat fills pinholes and imperfections in the surface to be coated.
